Prior Experience

Donald mainly works in the fields of crime, employment, immigration, personal injury and medical negligence. He regularly appears in the High Court and Appeal Court. He has led in trials for murder, attempted murder, conspiracy to murder, culpable homicide, baby-shaking, controlled drugs, rape and other sexual crimes. He has also acted in cases of fraud in relation to agricultural drainage grants and defective scaffolding. He advises a major oil company in relation to legal aspects of exploration and production, shipping and environmental law. He also undertakes cases involving the revocation of firearms certificates and salmon fisheries.
