Direct Access

Members of Faculty can accept instructions directly from certain individuals or organisations without the need to first instruct a Solicitor. Instructions can be accepted from 4 main categories - legal professionals, other professionals, public bodies and a wide range of other individuals and bodies. Instructions

Our clerking team are committed to providing a knowledgeable and efficient service and will be happy at all times to provide detailed information on the experience and expertise of individual members of Connarty Advocates. It is our aim to assist you make informed decisions on who is the right Counsel for you to instruct in each circumstance be that for court appearances or written advice.

Fees

When instructing on a private basis, we recommend that all fees are negotiated in advance with our Clerks. Both Clerks are very experienced in this area and are happy to discuss your needs and budgets. We endeavour at all times to have an open and flexible approach to fee negotiation while at all times providing your client with the best quality of legal services.
